We know that a Santa Suit can be a big decision and they are not cheap. So we offer the following
guarantee with all suits over $99 including Santa Suits, Mrs. Claus, Velvet Pixies, Mascots and other
costumes over $99.
After you receive your Santa Suit just let us know within 3 business days of receipt if you do not
like your suit and you can return if for a full refund of the purchase price of the Suit. Be aware that shipping
charges are not refundable. Also, we can not provide a refund for a Santa wig and beard set or eyebrows that
have been used.
If you just want a different size or to upgrade to a better quality suit, just let us know and we will
provide a credit of the costs of the suit you purchased when returned towards a better or different size suit.
Just remember, we need to be notified within 3 days of when UPS said they delivered the package to you.
Suits returned must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. All accessories included with the suit
including coat, pants, boot tops, hat, belt and gloves must be returned. If the suit is damaged or unsaleable when
we receive it back we will not be able to provide a refund. Suits shipped outside the USA are not guarenteed.
